Our work on watches is stone setting and finishing. We set moissanite and lab-grown diamond into watch cases, bezels, dials and bracelets, and we supply finished iced-out watches built that way. If you need something outside that — a specific movement, a particular case supplier, a technical watchmaking service — ask us before you plan around it and we will tell you plainly whether we can do it rather than finding out mid-order.

Stone options
Moissanite is the usual choice here and for good reason — the stone count on a fully iced watch is high, and moissanite delivers the fire the category is bought for at a price that keeps the finished piece sellable. Lab-grown diamond is available where the customer specifically wants a diamond-set watch and the budget supports it. CZ is available at entry price points. We state clearly which stone is used on every piece so you can describe it accurately.
An honest warning about setting customer-supplied watches
Setting stones into a watch is an irreversible modification. It will typically void any manufacturer warranty, and it changes the resale position of the piece permanently. On a branded watch it may also affect water resistance depending on the work involved.
None of that is a reason not to do it — customers ask for it constantly and it is a real business. But your customer needs to understand it before the watch is sent, not after. We would rather say this on a public page than have a retailer find out through a complaint.
Quality control
Watch setting fails in the same places jewelry does, plus a few of its own. We check stone security across the full setting, alignment and uniformity around the bezel where any irregularity is immediately visible at a glance, consistency between case and bracelet where both are set, finish quality on case edges and between links, and that the bracelet articulates properly after setting.
