Custom means your design, not our catalogue
A lot of suppliers describe themselves as custom manufacturers when what they really offer is a catalogue with your choice of metal. That is configuration, not custom work, and it is why so many small jewelry brands end up selling the same pieces as their competitors under different names.
Custom manufacturing here means we start from what you bring us. If that is a rough sketch on paper, we develop it into a producible design. If it is a photograph of something you want reworked with different proportions or a different stone, we build that. If it is a finished CAD file, we manufacture from it directly. The piece that arrives is yours.

Hand-drawn is fine. We will come back with questions about proportion, stone size and wearability before anything is modelled.

Sometimes the clearest starting point is a paragraph: the occasion, the budget, the stone, the wearer.

How a custom project runs
- You send the brief. Whatever form it is in, plus the quantity you have in mind and any deadline you are working to.
- We come back with questions. Usually about proportions, stone specification and how the piece needs to wear. This step saves the most time later.
- CAD and rendering. We model the piece and send renders. Nothing is cast until you have approved what you are looking at.
- Sample or prototype. Where the project justifies it, we make one piece first so you can hold the real thing before approving a run.
- Production. Casting, stone setting, polishing and finishing at our unit in Surat.
- Quality inspection. Stone security, finish, weight against specification, and clasp function on chains and bracelets.
- Dispatch. Insured shipping to your US address with the export documentation your broker needs.

Your designs stay yours
Work we manufacture to your design is your product. We do not add a client’s custom design to our own catalogue or offer it to other buyers. If you want that stated formally before you send anything, ask us and we will put it in writing.
Quality control on custom work
Custom pieces carry more risk than catalogue pieces because there is no previous run to compare against, so the checks matter more. We inspect stone security across every setting, confirm metal weight against the approved specification, check the finish, and compare the finished piece against the approved CAD render before it is packed. Where a stone is certified, the certificate is matched to the piece.

Do you manufacture custom jewelry for US brands?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We work with designers, retailers and online brands across the United States.
I only have a rough sketch. Is that enough?
Yes. Most projects start that way. We develop the sketch into a producible design and send renders for approval before anything is made.
Can I get a sample before committing to a production run?
Yes, and for custom work we recommend it. Holding the piece answers questions that renders cannot.
Can you match a piece I already sell?
We can manufacture to a specification you provide, including reproducing your own existing product. We will not copy another company’s protected design.
Can you add my brand’s stamp to custom pieces?
Yes. That is normally handled as private-label production.
What if the sample is not right?
That is what the sample stage is for. We adjust the specification and remake it. It is far cheaper to correct one piece than a run.
